Refund Policy

A 14-day refund on Ad Interceptor Pro, no reason required.

TL;DR

Email thenightwatchcaptain@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why.

The 14-day guarantee

If Ad Interceptor Pro is not what you expected, you can have your money back within 14 days of the purchase date. No reason is required and we will not ask you to justify it.

We would rather refund you than keep a payment from someone who is not getting value. The free version keeps the full filter set permanently, so you lose nothing but the Pro extras.

How to request one

Email thenightwatchcaptain@gmail.com from the address you bought with, quoting the order reference on your receipt. One email is enough — you do not need to give a reason.

We issue the refund ourselves, back to your original payment method through PayPal. We action requests within two business days; how quickly the money then appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals

Pro does not renew automatically, so you are never charged without choosing to pay. A renewal you make is refundable for 14 days too; refunding it removes the 12 months it added and leaves the rest of your licence as it was.

If you bought Pro before 24 September 2026 as an annual subscription and a renewal caught you out, say so within 14 days and we will refund it — that is exactly the situation this policy is for.

After 14 days

Past 14 days we do not routinely refund a period already under way, and part-used periods are not pro-rated. If something has genuinely gone wrong — Pro stopped working, or you were charged twice — contact us regardless of how long it has been. We will put it right.

Licence keys after a refund

A refunded or charged-back licence key is deactivated, and Pro features stop working on the devices it was activated on. The free version is unaffected and continues to work with the complete filter set.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not replace, any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer law in your country of residence. Where the law gives you more, the law wins.
