What it does
- Blocks ad and tracker requests before they leave your browser. The ad never downloads, so pages load faster and lighter — this is not cosmetic hiding of something already fetched.
- Removes the empty gaps left behind. 13,635 element-hiding rules mean a blocked page looks like a page, not a page full of holes.
- Handles pop-ups and pop-unders as thoroughly as banner ads, including on the parts of the web that push them hardest.
- Pause on one site with a single tap, without changing anything anywhere else. Some sites genuinely break under aggressive blocking; this is the escape hatch.
- Shows you the count — how many requests were blocked on this page, and how many since you installed it.
How the blocking works
Rules are compiled from
EasyList and EasyPrivacy,
the community-maintained filter lists that serious ad blockers have relied
on for years. They ship inside the extension package and are evaluated by
Chrome itself, on your machine, using the browser's own
declarativeNetRequest engine.
No request is ever sent to us to decide what to block, because there is no "us" in the loop. The only thing it ever fetches is a small settings file saying whether offers are running, and that request carries nothing about you.
Privacy
No analytics. No telemetry. No tracking of any kind. Your browsing history is not collected, transmitted or stored anywhere outside your own browser. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
